All our Sauna bookings are for 50 minutes use of the Sauna, we also have a space in the lake for dunking between Sauna cycles.
Our Sauna holds a maximum of 6 participants, with our group sessions you are booking spaces amongst other members of the public,
alternatively book the private session and either enjoy it alone or bring 1-5 friends to join you
